Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Aveline piece. If it isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Change of mind or size

  • You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the hygiene liner in place and all tags attached, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept swimwear that has been worn or tried on without the liner.
  • You cover the cost of return postage. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or exchange it for another size if we have stock.

Our sizing follows Asian fits, so please check the size guide before ordering. If you're unsure between two sizes, email us at info@avelineswimwear.com and we'll help you choose.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered or what we described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll offer a replacement or refund, and we'll cover the return postage.

The 14-day window above does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, the returns policy above applies.

Non-returnable

Sale items marked "final sale", gift cards, and any item returned worn, washed or without its hygiene liner.

How to return

  1. Email info@avelineswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Post the item back and send us the tracking number.

Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear once we've received your return, depending on your bank.
